  • We will try our best to deliver your crystals, jewellery, and accessories within the estimated delivery timeframe.

  • Title and risk pass to you upon physical delivery to the shipping address, unless otherwise stated.

  • For international orders, customs delays are beyond our control.

  • If a Product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so we may arrange replacement or refund.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We offer a 7-day return window for unused, undamaged products in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is usually borne by the customer unless the fault is ours (damaged or wrong item).

  • Refunds (less any shipping or handling fees) will be processed after we receive the returned item in acceptable condition.
